Dans le ciel de Lyon

La première fois que j’ai vu les hérons blancs traverser le ciel de Lyon, je me suis demandé d’où venaient ces oiseaux magnifiques et où ils pouvaient bien aller. Depuis je les ai souvent vu passer, le matin, en direction du sud à la recherche de leur nourriture et j’ai appris qu’ils reviennent dormir sur les îles du Parc de la Tête d’Or tous les soir.

The first time I saw the white herons crossing the sky over Lyon, I wondered where these magnificent birds came from and where they could be going. Since then, I've often seen them fly by, in the morning, they head south in search of food, and I've learned that they return to sleep on the islands of the Parc de la Tête d'Or every evening.
